Congreso’s Gala Latina—its largest fundraiser—raises critical funds to strengthen Latino communities in the Philadelphia region and showcases the diverse, rich culture of cities like Quito, Ecuador. The artisan stained glass of the spiritual citadels in Quito inspired this unique event identity.
