Make a Difference Campaign
A group of researchers at PolicyLab at CHOP discovered that pediatric clinicians often experience high rates of burnout and low morale at work. These clinicians tirelessly care for their adolescent patients (and the patient’s parents) during stressful and emotional situations. PolicyLab envisioned a way to make these clinicians feel seen and heard, to know that their work matters greatly.
The Make a Difference Campaign provides materials and resources for these clinicians at work. We created a high-impact, low-cost toolkit to boost morale among clinicians, but with encouraging messages for all—clinicians, adolescent patients, and caretakers alike. Positive messaging was paired with vibrant, modern illustrations for an uplifting, day-brightening effect.
